Ralf Zabel is the Chief Executive Officer of Z+P and has over 15 years of experience in architecture and design. He first came to Korea through a visiting researcher program at Seoul National University in 2005 and fell in love with the local culture. After finishing his Master's Degree in Architectural Studies at Bauhaus University in Germany, he launched his career through various positions in France, Luxembourg, Turkey, and Japan.
In 2008 he founded ZABEL + PARTNERS architects after working at local companies for 3 years. He continues to be the Network for Architecture Exchange (NAX) Representative in Korea.
Stefan Ernst is the Chief Operating Officer of Z+P and has over 25 years of experience in international business management. He has been working in Europe and Latin America before moving to Asia in 2007 and has a long history with the German skincare company Beiersdorf as well as with Accenture Interactive. After finishing his Bachelor's Degree in European Business at the European Partnership of Business Schools in the UK and Germany, he started his career in brand management before moving on to various leadership roles around the globe.
In 2019 he joined ZABEL + PARTNERS architects to leverage his management and expertise outside of a corporate setting.
