We are experts in providing “design & built” solutions, as commonly demanded in the Asian markets. We are involved from the very start of a project and see it through to the very end. The advantage of this approach is that we consider constructability in our planning and design processes. It also ensures that design integrity is maintained throughout the construction period. Since we are both designer and builder, we have a more holistic view of the project and can identify potential problems or delays quickly and find effective solutions to keep the timeline and budget on target.
